Managing Organizational Change

This is a full-day session which provides managers and supervisors with the skills they need to guide their groups through organizational change. Among the topics covered are:

Factors that determine the success of change
Planning change
Effective communication
How different personality types deal with change and how to work with them
Coping with opposition to change
Change management in turbulent times

After this workshop, attendees will be in a position to manage people through a change process.

Change Leadership

This one-day workshop is for managers and leaders who want to be change leaders rather than simply change managers. The topics covered include:

Analysis of the organization and its environment to determine what organizational changes could be introduced, and which changes should be introduced.
Managing the politics of change
Approaches to change management
Winning commitment to change
Communication strategies before and during change
Dealing with obstacles

By the end of the course, participants will have the tools they need to lead change sucessfully.
