Change Leadership
This one-day workshop is for managers and leaders who want to be change leaders rather than simply change managers. The topics covered include:- Analysis of the organization and its environment to determine what organizational changes could be introduced, and which changes should be introduced.

- Communication strategies before and during change
- Dealing with obstacles
