Leading organizational change is one of greatest challenges of any executive. No matter how well prepared you are, no matter how much planning has been done, challenges always arise during an organizational change process.Turris Consulting offers coaching in German and English to executives and senior managers to help them work through some of the issues that they encounter when leading change and overseeing change management activities.
Our coaching is geared towards achieving results. Depending on the individual's needs, we may address themes such as:
