The founder of Turris Consulting is Dr Ian Towers.
He has both practical, hands-on experience and academic
knowledge of change. He has worked internationally with
organizations like Nortel Networks, Bombardier and the International
Air Transport Association. He has done business in most parts of the
world.
He
has an MBA and holds a PhD in
organizational change and has published widely on a variety of topics
related to change, change management and organizational change. In
addition, he has carried out research into international management.
He has also taught business administration at the university
level.
Ian has lived in Europe and North America. He is fluent in English,
German and French.
